The SOPP and 7th anniversary of the Fuji Declaration were celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm at our Peace Center in Lahore on 22 June. There were about 150 guests who participated, and they included Christians, Muslims, Hindus, and Sikhs. There were many celebrities in the celebration. 12 people delivered speeches, and every one of them focused on the Fuji Declaration. An Urdu translation was given for most of them. The participants highly appreciated the beautiful and inspiring message of this universal declaration.

This event was also shown live on social media by Catholic Television. The Chief Guest of the event was Ms. Lubna Mansoor, Regional Director, Human Rights Commission of Punjab, Government of Pakistan.

Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad was not able to join, due to family reasons. However, he was extremely happy with this successful celebration. He sends you best wishes and gratitude.
