The ceremony concluded with messages from Byakko Chairperson Masami Saionji and Deputy Chairperson Yuka Saionji.

Masami Saionji

We are now at the end of the program, and I am in tears, deeply moved. All of this began with the principles taught by Masahisa Goi and the prayer ‘May peace prevail on Earth.’ Peace poles were planted all over the world. Then, I took over the leadership of his peace movement, and the principle of our inherent divine spark was introduced, and now we are reaching a point where all lives are one and the same—all of humanity is one life, surpassing any differences in ethnicity, religion, and nationality. We are all divine sparks.

I was so moved throughout this program, that we were able to spread this pure prayer together. It was really beautiful to see this prayer manifest all over the world. During the three years of the Covid-19 pandemic, everyone—all the prayer colleagues—were working so hard forming the Divine Spark IN. I myself was also moved to offer purifying energy all around Japan, and to form the Divine Spark IN.

Goi Sensei has given us a message: in 2025, Japan will serve as the centralmost country for spreading peace through the world. So, again, I would like to thank our prayer colleagues, who have been performing the Divine Spark IN and spreading truth-filled principles all over the world. Thank you so much—I’m so grateful to you for making all this possible.

Looking at the videos today, all of these are the results of the work of our prayer colleagues—their prayers and their Divine Spark INs. Just as there would be no Byakko without Goi Sensei, without you, our prayer colleagues, I don’t exist. I received so many letters from our prayer colleagues with their stories—stories of the Divine Spark IN—and I feel such great power coming from Japan. For example, right now, the G7 Summit is in Hiroshima. This is where we come together—all humanity—to spread the awareness that we are all divine sparks.

I think that the time when I am to pass is the time when all humanity awakens to their divine spark. So, I will continue to work hard. I am in deep gratitude right now, full of joy, and you have given me so much courage and light to move on with this mission. Thank you very much.

Yuka Saionji

I’d like to once again thank the prayer leaders, the guest speakers who sent in their messages and songs, and the flag bearers—everyone who made this possible. And thank you to our prayer colleagues and to the viewers who participated in the Symphony of Peace Prayers this year. Once again, your prayers have circulated and have been shared with the whole world. Thank you so much.
