I hosted an online SOPP gathering on May 14th, with five people taking part including myself.

We began by reading the Thoughts of Masahisa Goi, and then held several minutes of prayer and oneness meditation, where we prayed for peace to prevail on Earth and in our own countries.

Next, we read a multi-faith prayer, called Our United Prayer to Honour the Sacred of Many Names, where each line of the prayer comes from a different faith or spiritual tradition. This was followed by a Prayer for Harmony between Humanity and Nature, a Prayer of Oneness by Masami Saionji, and a short universal prayer.

We then prayed for peace throughout the world, one continent at a time. For example, in our prayer for Europe we prayed: Peace is in Europe. The divinity of the people of Europe has reawakened. Accomplished. After this, we prayed a Chinook Blessing, which calls upon the world of nature, our ancestors, and the great spirit of love and truth, and asks them “to show us the way.”

Together, we formed the Divine Spark IN seven times, then held a short meditation to send the powerful energy of the INs to wherever we felt it is most needed. We closed our gathering by praying May peace prevail on Earth three times together.
