The Byakko Los Angeles dojo hosted its second SOPP ceremony on May 17. Participants watched a video about the 2007 SOPP ceremony at Fuji Sanctuary, which was followed by talks and prayers from representatives of two spiritual traditions, and a performance of Japanese traditional dance. After this, participants took part in a flag ceremony, praying for peace in each country and region. They closed the ceremony by holding hands in a circle and singing together.
