Right now, the world is beset with divisions and chaos. It is precisely for this reason that the power of musubi—the power that connects heaven and earth, people to people, and all life — is needed more than ever before.
The Divine Spark IN transcends words. It is the very path through which each of us connects with our inner divine spark, with the divine spark of one another, and with all life.
Now, I will read a poem about the Divine Spark IN. Please listen with a calm heart, while feeling the divine spark within yourself. After the poem, we will perform the Divine Spark IN together.

When we perform the Divine Spark IN, the divine spark within each person comes newly alive.
Transcending culture, ethnicity, ideologies, and all differences, all of humanity is reunited through our divinity.
In that moment, inner love and wisdom burst forth, and everything is transformed into light.
Without being taught or guided by others, each person draws forth their own inner divine spark, and the rebirth of all human beings unfolds, one after another.
All lives are united as one, and all existences are transformed into light.
When we perform the Divine Spark IN, all of humanity and all living beings are illuminated by divine light, and the brilliance of life is reborn.
At that time, the universe overflows with the resonance of joy, and a new symphony of life spreads throughout the cosmos.
The creation of a new Earth begins, and all of humanity is united as one.
All of humanity is becoming united as one. Without a doubt, all of humanity is one.
Every single human being is divine in essence. Surpassing national borders, no matter which country a person is from, all of humanity—as individual human beings—is inherently divine, shining with light.
It is a joy for me to offer prayers for this together with all of you. I sincerely look forward to continuing this with you.

First introduced to the public in 2018, the Divine Spark IN (pronounced ‘een’) is like a wordless prayer, comprised of a precise combination of hand and arm movements and deep, peaceful breathing, which helps us to attune ourselves to the sacred being that resides within us. It is easy to learn and practice, enabling us to recall and reconnect with our inner divine nature and contribute to building a peaceful world.
The demonstration of the IN (performed outdoors at Fuji Sanctuary by Yuka, Maki, and Rika Saionji) included subtitles showing the thought, or meaning, that accompanies each movement:
Inhale: our whole being concentrates
Exhale: the mind becomes empty
We invite divinity from heaven
Our true existence radiates light
We receive divinity from heaven
This divinity is within us
The divine masculine and feminine are unified
Our true self emits divinity to humanity
The light spreads to each human being
The divinity in everyone resonates from within
Everyone remembers the divine self
Humanity is divine
Following the IN, a message appeared on screen inviting participants to “take a moment to let the energy of these prayers resonate out to the world,” by closing their eyes and focusing their thoughts on sending out this prayer energy.
