SOPP 2022 at Fuji Sanctuary

Celebrating the 7th anniversary of the Fuji Declaration

Sunday, May 15, 11:00 to 13:30 Japan time

Amidst the worldwide efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the 18th Symphony of Peace Prayers was again held online, via a live-stream presentation on YouTube. SOPP participants around the world were invited to take part in the ceremony by tuning in to the live broadcast.

Watch the recorded live stream from Fuji Sanctuary here:

Each year, the SOPP celebrates humanity’s common wish for a world of peace and harmony, through a show of interfaith unity and with shared prayers for peace throughout the world. In recent years, the SOPP has also been the venue for a variety of global initiatives, including the inauguration of the Fuji Declaration (2015), the launch of the Soul of WoMen campaign (2016), and the introduction of the Divine Spark IN (2018).

In 2022, the SOPP continued its mission to reignite the divine spark within all human beings, for the dawning of a world where peace and human dignity are cherished above all else—where every way of life is accepted and celebrated, where all people are treated with kindness and love, and where everyone is free to live the life they wish for.

This year, all SOPP organizers and participants from all parts of the world were once again invited to join in an online Symphony of Peace Prayers, through a live stream video presentation from Fuji Sanctuary. Together, participants created a virtual field of prayer spanning the entire globe.

The program for the live stream broadcast was as follows:
