For the 2021 SOPP in Milan, I worked with 250 elementary and middle school students over a period from March to May. During this time, they worked on handwritten mandalas and created an exhibition of them. On May 14, we celebrated the SOPP by holding a flag ceremony using a labyrinth that the students created, and then the students presented all 193 flags of the world, pronouncing the word ‘peace’ in the languages of each nation.
