2 events: La Trinidad and Santa Magdalena

At least 40 heads of various departments in the municipal administration participatedin the SOPP in La Trinidad. I explained the purpose of the SOPP and the Fuji Declaration. The participants offered peace prayers representing their units, starting with La Trinidad Mayor Romeo Salda. Afterwards, they participated in a world peace flag ceremony. Each participant read the names of five countries, and after each country’s name, everyone recited May peace prevail on Earth.

In Santa Magdalena, Sorsogon, some 20 youth leaders joined in the SOPP. I talked about the Fuji Declaration and we reflected on it deeply, as it affirmed this group’s themes, which are the promotion of peace, protection of the environment, and effective leadership through good governance. To end, we all formed the Divine Spark IN and held a world peace flag ceremony.
