In Barcelona, Elsa Colina celebrated the SOPP by planting a peace pole in her garden and holding a peace meditation.

Urrez, Spain

The SOPP in Urrez began in the village, with words of welcome and a musical performance. Then, participants walked three kilometers into the hills to the prayer field, where the national flags were arranged. Along the way, we stopped at five stations, where each continent was celebrated with poems, songs, and dances. In the prayer field, we performed a peace dance and prayed for peace in each country, with songs for each continent. When all the flags had been presented, the ceremony closed with a new piece of music composed by a friend of the group. By the end, our hearts were united as one, and the power of the divine spark created a special field of love and light in service to humanity.
